Cosmic Cargo
A downloadable game for Windows
Cosmic Cargo is a cozy sci-fi tycoon game. Buy ships, connect planets, and supply them with their demanded goods!
You need to establish trade routes to supply colonies with what they crave. Currently, 3 out of 5 planets provide a specific product and have a demand. You can only set up a route if the supplying planet's goods perfectly match the destination's demand.
Developer Notes / Known Issues:
- Short Gameplay: The core gameplay loop is quite short at this point
- Audio:
There is a settings slider for SFX, but there are actually no sound effects in this build, only music!(Some SFX added)
Reported by the Community:
UI Feedback:Planets are currently not highlighted when selected.(fixed)Trading Mechanics:Ships will stop delivering at some point because planets have a maximum demand/storage capacity implemented in the code(fixed).UI Bug:The Route Manager displays "Water" as the transported resource for every route, regardless of the actual resource being traded(fixed).

I'm very sorry, but I couldn't play your game. I'm running Linux with Wine, and either I don't see the planets and the stars, or I'm blinded by the sun that seems to get a huge scale. I attached screenshots.
The music you used is great, though. It stuck in my head one hour after having stopped.
Oh, and I forgot, I have a French keyboard, so my Q and W are not on the same location as on a QWERTY keyboard. Isn't there a way to bind the physical key to an action rather than a letter, like in Godot ?
Thank you for your comment. Later I will look, if I manage to build the game for Linux / Mac. I share your trouble in many games, we have QWERTZ. :)
This are in fact ActionKeys, but the player dont have the possibility yet to change them ingame. This was not in balance in work vs value in the game jam.
